Sildenafil, often sold as Viagra, is a pill used to treat both impotence and or erectile dysfunction in men. By increasing blood flow to the penis, men can enjoy fuller and longer-lasting erections. At least two-thirds of men have seen improved erections after taking the medicine.

Never take Sildenafil more than once daily, and avoid mixing alcohol and other medications.

Eating a high-fat meal may delay how quickly the drug works.
