More consistent testosterone boost: Studies suggest it maintains a more stable testosterone level compared to Clomiphene.

Who Should Consider Enclomiphene or Clomiphene?

“As a provider when asked which option is preferred, anecdotally I prefer enclomiphene as it tends to yield the best results with the least amount of side effects. The side effects include nipple sensitivity, night sweats, fullness of the breast tissue or bloating. Most side effects are subtle and most men do not notice a huge difference. Then there are patients who complain of night sweats, maybe some weight gain or bloating. These patients I will counsel about DIM 300 over Anastrozole. If symptoms become worse and patient’s are on Clomid, I encourage switching over to Enclomiphene before adding an estrogen blocker like Anastrozole, however this is all part of the conversation. If staying on Clomid is preferred and they are having fullness of breast tissue (signs of gynecomastia) I highly encourage Anastrozole as this is the better option for more aggressive side effects. ”
