We’re very pleased to announce the latest addition to our spectacular team at Austin Urology Institute. Samantha Thiry, FNP-BC will be joining us as our newest nurse practitioner!
Samantha is a board certified nurse practitioner. Prior to joining Austin Urology Institute, Samantha worked as a urology nurse practitioner in Miami, FL since 2015 and was credentialed with a magnet facility recognized for nursing excellence. She has more than eight years of nursing experience in multiple fields including pediatrics, plastic surgery, psychiatric and nursing education as she was a previous professor of nursing at Miami-Dade College. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Ohio State University in 2009, an accelerated Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Miami in 2010 and a Master of Science in Nursing in 2015.
She delivers patient care with kindness, compassion, and expertise to help achieve stellar patient experiences. In her free time she enjoys an athletic lifestyle filled with outdoor activities, as well as spending time with her family and friends. Samantha makes a point to be involved in the community and enjoys volunteering for Dell Children’s Hospital among other charitable activities both locally and abroad. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at Austin Urology Institute!
